Please doctors in the house I am really finding it hard to sleep every night, each time I try to sleep it becomes a problem for me ,even when I manage to sleep, I still wake and once I wake I can't sleep again. I only have 2 to 3 hours of sleep each time I try to sleep. Pls I really need help guys cause this lack of sleep is really making me less efficient during day time.
