I am not in support of the path taken by Mr akinalabi o but if the truth should be said somadilia or what's his name is still hiding something from this whole thing. He claimed the agent is yet to get refund from nairabet in one of his comments here n now from the text you quoted he claimed the agent has not been available for some times.

How did he know and sure that nairabet is yet to refund the agent if the agents has been truthfully unavailable for some times.


Truthfully nairabet should've refund the said money back to him instead of the agent ( either they are one and same person or not) but he can still track the agent and get him/her arrested and he can easily use Alabi's comments here against the agent or go to the Nairabet's office to sort the issue.

If you truly aren't working together with your agent, report to the appropriate authorities or visit NairaBet's office with proper evidence and get all these sorted out.

By the way, how come the matter has been taken with levity on your part for more than a month if you've truly not been paid? No one does that.

l think you are going about this issue the wrong way...Akinalabi has consistently maintained that your initial deposit has been refunded to the agent. I think you should go and confront the said agent for your refunded deposit. But if you are really certain that the money hasn't been refunded then you can take the matter to national lottery commission. Because in all honesty...you crying to Akinalabi everyday on this thread won't solve anything

He's made it clear more than once that an agent engaged in an act that went against the terms & conditions of naira bet, thus all deposits made via that agent were returned back to the agent . You've been given good options: report the issue to Lagos state lottery board or better still sue them.

He said the payout was cancelled/voided since the initial money has been refunded. He even offered to show receipts, & I just had a chat with a CC rep regarding that account...Your 400k withdrawal has been deleted/doesn't exist.

He keeps calling the customer care unit everyday with all assurance that he will be paid.

We had this discussion about a month back about a racket of agents getting 5% commission, crediting phony accounts, doing some arbitrage and doing payouts.

What we did is return the monies to the agents minus the 5%. We paid the cash back and I can post receipts if you want me to.
