After that the U.N. gave trusteeship of somalia for 10 years to Italy and Britain to develop government institutions. So you cant compare colonialist in Somalia to west africa.

Somalia is the only country in africa to be named after an ethnicity

Somalis had the longest war against colonialist for over 28 years

Somalia is one of two countries to have its national language as its own langauge (the other is Ethiopia)

Somalis still practice the oldest indeginous law; xeer (still in practice and the oldest in practice)

lol; somalis dont have to wear weaves, our hair is naturally long, even then our hair is coverd up. while you guys have to wear another ethnicities hair and walk around and pretend like its yours while other races make fun of you and make money of your low self esteem.
