funny enough i was having a similar conversation with a friend this morning,

my annoyance about Nigeria is that no regulations or laws put in place to protect Tenants, any Landlord will just wake up and increase rent,

i moved out from my 3bedroom apartment in PHC this July, i was paying 1million for 3bedrooms, my landlord phoned me and told me from the blues that he will be charging 2m now as the prices of things have gone up in the country, long story short, i have moved my things immediately before my rent expires, now oga will not give me any balance from the previous year.

State governments need to look into this matter. perhaps fix the renting rates for apartments from self contain to 5bedrooms.

it is not fair at all, this is greed. the heart of a black man is wicked.

Hello guys, I made a bad mistake I tried buying crypto from a telegram handle that I was in for about 1yr now, I decided to buy through the telegram channel and got scammed.

Before you bash me , I have admitted my lapses.

My question is , is there a way to track down this bastard?
I only have his sparkle bank account number as evidence because he removed me and blocked me from the channel.

Hello guys I've been able to get the number of the scammer,

My issue now is, the police , CiD and all are charging unfriendly amounts to track the number and follow the case up so far.
