Why do doctors tell early women that are pregnant to avoid strenuous activities? Desist from taking anyhow drugs.... all because of the child is still in developing stage... my ex had a miscarriage and the reason was because she felt headache and took paracetamol o, few minutes na blood, rushed to the hospital and doctor and nurse said she shouldn't have done self medication, that the drugs was too powerful for the developing embryo, that next time, when she feels unwell, she should visit the hospital for medication, even doctors will ask questions before giving medication to pregnant women, even during labor,if you go to the hospital that you didn't use during antenatal days, they will want to see the reports from the hospital to know how best to save both lives and make it stress free

It killed my very good friend's wife, she was billed for cs(operation) but during delivery she went to another hospital and she tried normal delivery, she died as a result of excessive bleeding...

Pregnancy is not something you just see as ordinary, you protect yourself and the baby, because the baby's immune system/ or systems are linked to the mother's body, anything she takes can affect the child positively or negatively, if the baby system no accept am,it can be dangerous for the developing child, some miscarriage, some child defects incomplete formation like let's say twins(identical) since they split into two, one might be affected and not separate fully (this twins own na my own imagination tho) but caffeine intake should be at doctors prescription.. the doctors or nurses handling your antenatal or pregnancy

Caffeine isn't as bad as how people demonise it. Lol. Yes, it has its cons, but it's pros outweighs the cons when used well. There was a time that I had dehydration challenges and I didn't even know about it until my doctor pointed me to it. And I made adjustment, and that was it.
