My dad is currently in a miserable state. One of his legs is swollen. He is having issues urinating properly. A man who once looked sturdy and active, now looks lean and feeble.

In earlier years, he was known for constant womanising and drinking. He was always in debt from gambling too (fled past location).

Health complications have meant that he now spends anything he solicits on drug.

Here I am, a boy of 33, doing worse atrocities than him. I feel I am young now and I can fight off any challenge, unknowingly I am complicating issues for myself. I long to stop but hard.

I started a 33 days abstinence plan which I have failed to keep. I squandered around 70k yesterday in a brothel after getting an alert of six digits.

My addictions are: std and loperamide drugs regular intake (one to fight std and the other to fight regular stooling), up to 3 carbonated drinks daily, betting, womanising, borrowing when unable to pay, junk food and masturbation.

God help us

It's been long I posted my cooking, however today I have to prepare the soup my mother trained all of us with, here come the Ogbono and egwusi soup ,made pepperishly to my taste.

The last time I prepared soup with 4900,I received the bashing of my life as people were saying lots of things, wetin concern daughter of zion

Today's cooking is not far different from that one self, I made the soup with the following;

Meat: 3k
Dry fish-2k
Egwusi -1400
Ogbono -500( I didn't finish it)
Uziza -300
The rest like crawfish,pepper etc I bulk buy and blend .

Total-7,200

Note : the last time I don't eat meat but after escorting my friends to slaughter severally, I began to like a part called( jijji anu) nah so I hear am there ooo

Yes ,it happened to me in 2022, scratch and expand,very irritating!
It also happened to my friend that stays with me(girl) though, for those that will ask(hiv- we are)
It can be insect or water or even what my people call ogboro that they use to scare people away from lands ,fruits etc
I took piriton and it disappeared and reappear again,come use one local plant called ogbete in ibo(shewing) and don't know when it disappeared

The banking industry with such structure should look for a way and get fire service of their own since all the headquarters are in same direction,pool funds and pay them incase of scenarios like this,also emergency exit doors must be put in place to enable easy access in case of emergency.

Because, I gotta to tell you, the last time I visited ( around December 2024), virtually all the roads were perfect, with lights, and we had no difficulty driving through.
The only place we had a bit of issue was around Assumpta, and that was because the control flyover work was ongoing by then (which they've even finished now), and we had to find our way around it.

By the way, traveling from the SW to SE, Delta and Imo were the only states we passed through that had good roads.
The rest were trash. Especially Ogun and Edo. Even Anambra.
