For data reselling, you buy data at a cheap price from your source and you sell to end users either at the same price they buy it from their network provider or cheaper. How you sell it is up to you. Just for a little bit of perspective. You may buy 1gb for 200 naira from your course but the network provider sells 1gb for 400 naira. You can choose to sell it at 300 naira and make a 100naira profit or even sell it at 400naira and make a gain of 200naira.

For the vtu part of it, this includes airtime top up, cable subscription and utility bills payment. You do all these transactions for your customers and you add your profit to the price you charge them.
