Dear Moniker,this is an austrian study platform and whatever we are discussing should revolve around Austria so as not to derail the main aim of the platform.

As an addition to the moniker that was told to pay 500k for an appointment date,please hold your money tight and wait till when the embassy is able to release appointment date.This is a FACELESS platform do not trust anybody with your hard earned money.

People have gotten NPC certificate in other states and the lawyers assigned to there cases have verified them and it came out positive.
If you want to advise,it is best you suggest people get digital NPC certificate which is done online irrespective of whichever state you are.
Abeg make we dey verify information before we dish am out as we get newbies here who go just go with whatever they see on this platform. Cheers.

The best place to do NPC certificate is Abuja because you will be given the one that has barcode on it and you can scan it all what you need is affidavit....,leave all this state NPC
