No rational person should ever reward terrorists with a state. If that’s the standard, then anyone could just invade a country, slaughter thousands, cry “genocide,” and expect to be given a state in return. By that logic, should we start rewarding Boko Haram, ISIS, and every other terror group just because they claim to be fighting for some ideology?

At the end of the day, this so-called recognition is meaningless. The dismantling will continue, and Israel will do whatever it takes to protect the people of Yisrael.

What case?? The US have the discretion like another country that are not members of the ICC to provide any form of assistance to the ICC, if she wishes to, it is called freewill!!, they are not mandatory nor under legal jurisdiction to do so


A good example is the US sharing their own evidences about Russia crime in Ukraine to the ICC

There's no law that stops the US from providing assistance as she deem fit to the ICC

Go and read about "American Service-Members' Protection Act" ASPA
This law gives the US President the authorization to "use all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any U.S. or allied personnel being detained by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court

The US have a law that gives the US government the right to initiate a military operation against the ICC if US or allied personnel are detained, is that the same US that would now arrest individuals on behalf of the ICC??
