Hello Masters in the house. Although this post might sound like one that has already been treated but I'm putting up this not only to get a customised solution, but also a specific one that would fulfill my yearning.

I'm a rookie in web. I dream becoming a versatile web developer & I need the pros here to show me the way. I also do not wish to attend any of the conventional training schools, so I'd prefer studying on my own if I can get the materials.
