Not that d noise is much like that. To some people that I have discussed it with it, they say the engine is normal but i that drive it every day know that the noise is a litle bit reduced at certain conditions. Just imaging why?

type of sound? Rattle, tap, growl, ping, "kpom/kpokom " if you cannot describe the noise the diagnosis will be inaccurate.

Also because an engine starts on time does not make it a good engine

With AC on or off? What's your RPM in all the stated situations and conditions?

AC off. RPM is betw 2000-3000

I use Honda Civic 2004 manual. Since the time I bought the car, it has been realiable. Its actually stated in the review of the car the engine noise especially at the high speed. I notice that when atmospheric temperature is high I.e during 'sunning' afternoon, I usually observe that the engine noise is high but engine is moderate during a colder atmosphere I.e in the morning, when its raining or just rained.
Pls any suggestions

Note that the engine is ok. It starts once and doesnt give any problems. I have not observed any significant difference in fuel usage during both period.
