Good evening.
I am Elite Ogogo, and I need to report a fraudulent activity of a business that claims it is into POS sales and delivery nationwide.

My wife was able to make a chat with an operator and the lady claimed their office is at Apapa.

After series of chat with her, she stressed that we can't get the POS we ordered for until we pay 10k. We priced further till she agreed that we pay 2k that the POS will be delivered to us same day which happens to be yesterday Saturday 28th November 2020.Today is a Sunday and they still haven't brought it.

I have a receipt of the said amount that was paid to the holders account number who is using this account number and name to scam people...

This is the name of the person below who she claims is the business name ;

The lady's name is blessing and that's the account number of the person she works for. They use the account to scam people.
Please i want jumia to track and block them by all means.

I sent the amount of 2k for the purchase of a POS and I need the money deducted and refunded back to me because I was just scammed by the said bank holder who's name is shown above.

I was lucky I did not send the 10k that I was actually asked to send.

But I plead with the bank to please freeze the said account or help me in debiting the said account with my 2k back to my first bank account.

Attached to this mail is the receipt of the payment I made to the said holder yesterday on Saturday.

I sincerely plead with the you guys here to watch out for them and also to help me with this fraudulent business and get hold of them, I will prefer my the bank to debit the holder's account if they can be reached..

Or simply freeze their account and let them pay for what they did.

In summary, I paid for an POS machine and never got it delivered, although it was supposed to be a COD(Cash On Delivery), and till today all we had was insults by texts and messages by the same scammers. They are on jumia.

They even claimed to be from an Opay company.
I'll appreciate a very swift response to this mail.
