Actual approval: 23 August 2018 (Nairobi- Kenya)

WIFE and DAUGHTER'S Documents:

1. Wife's SOP
2. Marriage Certificate with newspaper doc for change of name
3. Age declaration
4. BSc Certificate
5. NYSC Certificate
6. Catering Diploma - Part Time
7. Birth Certificate of my two daughters (second daughter is American so we did not apply for her) and my birth certificate too
8. 15 pictures of the family including our wedding on A4 paper
9. Travel history of wife to UK and USA
10. CIC forms for both (SOWP and TRV)
11. Copy of my admission letter / funding by University
12. Copy of my approved visa page
13. Letter from me stating clearly that I will take full responsibility as well as granting my consent for them to accompany me
14. Letter of identification from my bank ( have saving and current account with them)
15. 6 months bank statement - current and savings account (mine)
16. Letter from Stanbic IBTC pension that I hold a pension account with them
17 My pension account statement
18 3 landed proper including house plan
19 Letter of Explanation from me concerning some transactions in my account which were not part of my monthly pay
20. Offer of employment letter (me)
21. 8 months pay slip (me)
22. Letter of promotion (me) and yearly performance increment.
23. Letter of termination of employment
24. Letter from my office in Belgium SVP that the doors are open to me on completion of my studies
25. My travel history (USA, UK, African Countries, Norway, Sweden. Etc..) it was a big book cos of my constant travels..loooool
26. A budget plan for my family covering the 4yrs of my stay including return airfares for all of us.
27 Wife's professional certification

Above all, we just trusted God for it. My wife & daughter's visa was approved in Nairobi - Kenya and noticed that visa was even issued on August 23, 2018 prior to my travel. When I arrived Canada, I sent them a copy of my study permit (September 6, 2018) and Letter of enrolment- SOWP and TRV was already approved before I sent it; guess somebody forgot to send out the passport - only to see an email from VFS for the collection of their passport same day.

It is always good to check with them. My study was approved in less than 3weeks but I got it after 6weeks - when I wrote Nairobi, they replied same day that my case was finalized weeks back(same day, I got an email from VFS)...

For those waiting.. trust him and I am sure it will end in praise.
