bebe2: Hi all, I have 2million naira to buy land for investment, pls where will u advise. The plan is to build 4 or 6 flat on it that will earn between 350-500k per flat in rent.
I had this plan 2 yrs ago,, got someone to buy me a land but after investigations realised properties are renting for 180k per yr. this is optic estate area 5 near GZ company.

if they are to be on the floor, it can contain 20 - 30birds but if you can use cage,the one room- size pen will contain one-set of cage and a set of cage can accomodate 90 to 120birds

Firstly, you look at the condition of the pen if it is okay. be sure there is no leakages or breakages. after that you have to disinfect the pen and choose the plan of the poultry business you want to go back to ( egg production or meat production). if egg production, you need to know if you are starting with day-old-chicks or point of cage/lay as this will determine the kind of preparation to make. for more info, you can contact:

nice the way you broke it down. Now, pls tell us how much more one might expect to spend further, maybe in acquirinng the birds... how many birds, how much on their feeding and medication for a whole year, and more importantly, how much profit could out of it at the end of the one year.
