In as much as i really feel sorry for you, I think you were a bit careless, having to depend on just one facility test was really a careless decision when you are aware your wife was AS.. if she was AA maybe you wouldn't have bothered more.

I feel you should visit the healthcare facility let them advise you on what to do, but do not divorce your wife at this point, you were at fault 100% and don't let her suffer for it.
