Your current ROM is based on Android Q(10) that is why on the MIUI VERSION It is 12.0.3 Q**MIXM

This on the other hand is 12.0.1 R**MIXM based on Android R(11)

The ** represent your model code

please changing of the oem screen with after market/original screen does any difference to be expect?

like color reproduction

wanna change my redmi 9 broken screen, and I'm contemplating if the new screen will ruin the color reproduction according to some hearsay
