i need your help or advise below please .

I'm just about to make an application for building approval for a 2 twin bungalow residential house from the Lagos state building approval department in Ibeju lekki .
Does anyone know roughly how much its going to cost me ? EXCLUDING egunje of course. l just need an official guide price as you know egunje is negotiable and done separately.
