It is free in health center if you did medical clearance in school. Just go with your file number or card.

My dear, i have same issue ooo. Letter 'e' was omitted from my name,from JAMB admission letter,but i didnt know until they they pasted our names for batch A. When i asked, they told me to go and pay 2500 to jamb and 2000 to my sch for correction of name. I wil not dash them that kind money oooo. I wl go to court to do affidavit for the omitted letter.
Maybe u can take the same approach.

Hmm it is well oo. But this my case they didn't omit any name or letter, they just put Mary before Rose(MaryRose) instead of Rosemary.

@Sparkle4u, I luv d maryrose sha. did u c it on nysc site? if so, u can equally change it by applying 4 correctn of name on nysc portal.
To change d name, login to the portal, on ur dashboard click on APPLY FOR NAME CORRECTION, input the correct details and click submit to place the request in order 2 b processed 4 approval. Or u can still visit ur skul.
