How will I know if their server is excellent for registration because I do see different sign post of nysc registration. Does that mean theirs is okay?

Good morning all. Am just angry this morning. Eco bank rape me of money which is bad. I went to withdraw money and they under pay me, the worst part of it is that I didn't count the money in the atm.
