And please when is the last batch of admission.....due to the fact I want to hustle more,I want to resume around December or January hope it's possible.

Meaning the sponsor he will just give me letter without account statement

you can use it if you collected it directly, even if it is student copy, as long as you know your way and get it authenticated at Moe which is very possible, Portugal embassy will accept it, I have handle similar cases a lot.
because the process of applying your transcript from your sch is difficult and may delay your process, many schools have open for application so you need to sort that in time.

You are good to go..but you will need to get your o level stranscript, SS1-SS3..if you are going for Bsc. And note you will pay for verification fee at the embassy.
