before i wanted to say 10 yrs coming but since android phones technology is moving fast, expect d game in 5-7 yrs coming, to my opinion rockstar games want to develop a game dat atleast 80% of android users will play but datz very difficult for them in 2015 cuz only few selected devices has d requirement to play it nw and i and you dont have or cannot even afford them now e.g galaxy s6, htc one m9,xperia z4 etc

rr 3 is d best, u cant complete d game in 3month infact endless, the customization or painting of cars seems cool,nd u can connet wit friends via g+,fb,etc to compete

this high graphics u ar seeing is not from ram issues, only people dat have the mediatek octa chip mt6592 will play with full graphics even if d phone is 100mb of ram (just joking) most mt6592 hav 2g of ram
