According to investigations, the two students of FGGC, Umuahia extended the quarrel they had at the Dining over the little portion of food they were served to the SS1 C class as they were getting ready for the first lesson on Thursday morning 24th October 2024.

In the process a fight broke out between the classmates Amarachi Chibueze was strangling the neck of Adaeze Chinweoke as a result the victim's tongue dropped in the process, the biter Amarachi bit her classmate's tongue and swallowed her blood then dropped the chopped-off tongue on the ground.

I also gathered that the victim was taken to one Chukwuebuka private hospital, which the Principal of the college went into partnership with instead of Federal Medical Centre Umuahia which is a stone's throw from the College.

The said Chukwuebuka private was unable to handle the matter and thereafter referred them for FMC Umuahia where they were told that it was late to suture the chopped-off tongue as the surgeon on the ground told them that the chopped-off part was lifeless.

This has exposed the poor feeding patterns and other life-threatening challenges the students of the college face in the college.

This is so appalling.

They could not tell Ganduje to remove his cap.

Are you telling me that in all cases in the practice of partisan politics in Nigeria, that this is how one waves bye-bye to a political party they’re leaving….ie, pen a letter detailing their intention!? Where did you see this ‘golden rule’!? Care to provide a link!? So what if a member dies…..will their ghost write the letter and send via some spirit-world post-office medium to the earthly world!? If your resignation list doesn’t include leaving by reasons of death or incapacitation, then it’s by no means exhaustive and that means other means of being deemed to have left a political-party can be considered….and what other means can show clear intent than a video recording and swearing a affidavit in court!? A letter or paper with a signature can even be forged!

Your analogy of swearing affidavit to gain American citizenship is lame and not applicable in this situation, and i’ll tell you why! Swearing a affidavit that you’ve LEFT a political-party doesn’t require any documents or acceptance from the party you’re leaving for you to leave! You don’t need their blessing to leave! It’s akin to when you want to resign from an organisation, you don’t need their blessing to leave…unless of course you’re their slave! You just notify them either by lettter, whatsapp, phone or you just up and leave and they will deem it that you’ve resigned your employment by not showing up! On the other hand, swearing a affidavit with the aim of being considered a American citizen is madness in your part because you need the other party to accept your action! You get me! You can’t become a American citizen until the party granting said citizenship is satisfied you’ve fulfilled all requirements stipulated by them!

Now on the other leg of the issue, as to whether the rogue, partyless assembly members joined APC….Governor Fubara and his legal team need not lose any sleep over that one! That should be the headache of the rogue assembly members….THEY used their own mouths to ruin their political career by declaring they’ve left PDP! They jumped and were not pushed! If their lawyers now want to argue that they didn’t join APC because they didn’t go through the proper route, then based on all i’ve said thus far, it means the fools are PARTYLESS! That’s their cross, let them carry it! The law states that you defect from the party con which you got elected, and you automatically lose your elected position! You can defect to another party and if the party you claim to have defected to denies you, then na your wahala be dat! Them now being partyless because of their hasty and daft decision is of no concern to Governor Fubara!

In the house of assembly,a defector would pack his luggage and move over to the side or aisle where his or her party members are seated.
