2. He has to show cause why his interests is above and over all other citizen of the State.

3. He has to show the injury caused by the emergency rule, as it affects him.

4. Lastly, since addresses have already been filed before the Supreme Court between the AGF and PDP Governors, he will simply delay or tell Dagogo to wait till after the Apex Court give judgement.

For emphasis, in the Plateau case, a similar case was filed at the Federal High Court but they didn't touch it till the Supreme Court gave judgement after the six months had long expired. This Supreme Court is likely to do same by just looking away until perhaps the sixth month or maybe the seventh month.
