Having a regular paying job is okay as far as you can do the job assigned to you as a freelance efficiently.

On commissions: (It's as simple as this
e.g.
1.   An Organisation through you makes an order for production of membership pins for all their members. Company's profit is N5,000. You get 30% of the profit. this gives you N1,500.00

2.   An Organisation (People Republican Convention) makes an order for Lapel Pins for their members. Company's profit is N50,000.00.   You get 30% of the profit which gives you N15,000.00

3.   A Political Party makes an order for Promotional Lapel Pins for their candidate in the forthcoming general elections. Company's profit is N500,000.  You get 30% of the Profits which gives you N150,000.00

Sincerely, I do not know the details of such things like what your fears are but like Zahymaka said their conversion rate and commision is very high. Extreme, I must say, except for that I didn't have any complain from the guys that were receving the dough.

     *     Lapel pin art should be 400% actual size.
     *     At 400%, the outside borders of the design should be at least 6 pt. Inside lines should be 2 pt and type 22pt.
     *     For medallions or other larger items artwork should be at least 200% size.
     *     Black and white camera-ready art is best. Color designs can be sent in addition to the black and white designs, but we prefer you do not send color designs alone.
     *     Artwork can be mailed, faxed or sent to us in PC format by email (Sorry we don't use Macs!)

File formats in order of preference:
     1. Vector drawings:CorelDraw!, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, WMF (please save text as curves)
     2. Bitmaps: JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, BMP (make sure are at least 400% size).

     *     Bolder designs are better. Sans serif fonts lettering or wording is best.

I am in the process of forming a Lapel Pin Company in Nigeria. We will be engaged in production of custom lapel pins for clubs, organisations, mom and pop clubs, churches, etc.

Can anyone suggest where can I find sample Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA). This are the documents that need to be prepared and submitted as a part of registaring a company in Nigeria.

Anyone who has done this or has any idea please help to find the above ssmples. I'd also appreciate the quickest and cheapest way of registerating the Company with the CAC.
