With my personal experience it's easier to work with guys than women, if you must enjoy working with women you must let down your ego and at the same time be good at caring. The IGR is a peanut when you look at the purchasing power no state has the power to generate FX which is economy viable. The FG is the only entity that has the access to all the minerals and crude which can at least generate FX. A 300BN monthly IGR is nothing for critical infrastructure when you convert it to USD, and it's only Lagos that can at least get FX as IGR because it's a formal capital and most multinational companies still have there HQ there, plus they have a full scale intl airport so they earn more state taxes in FX . The governors have no power to impact the economy the way Nigeria is structured bcs they don't own and manage their resources. The FAAC they received 5yrs ago is way more than what they received today and the math is simple USD was about 500-700 and inflation was around 12-15% so governor that received 5bn then can do more than a governor who received 20 BN today when USD is now about 1,390 and inflation is 26%, and the same goes to every Nigeria your salary of 150k 5yrs ago is way bigger than when you are paid 500k today.
