Watching live football on DSTv is still better than streaming anyday and anytime. You don't bother about buffers, no time lag, no constant disconnection, etc.

What we need is a state army. In the US each state has its military. They are called National Guards. They are at the command of the state governor but the President of the country is still the commander in chief but they are responsible for internal defense of each state.
