good inputs from different people with different idea. Anyway, just as any other business, you can start big or small depending on your available resources and your dream/vision but may I advice you to start small and build it gradually!!!! Soaps are in different types,shapes and forms i.e. bar soaps and liquid soaps which is further divided based on there uses i.e toilet soap,laundry soap e.t.c which can further go down to specialisation which is based on for example skin types for bathing soap!!!! Likewise, soap production make use of different formula/ingredient even if two people are producing the same type of soap they can use different formulation for it. In any case, it is an art that has to be learned!!!!!!!! Whether you want to do it big or small, you must learn from those who have done it or doing it.
