It took exactly one month for my wife’s NIN to drop on NIS portal after she did change of name on her NIN. If possible I’ll suggest your friend wait for additional two weeks but if she want to runs the dropping, it will most likely cost her #10,000 (from what I heard from those runs guys in Alausa) which I don’t recommend.

Please sir my daughter nin number was given to her since last year November and till now as I speak the nin hasn’t dropped at passport office… please what do you suggest I do.
