Foreign AffairsRe: Children As Young As 12 Can Join War Support, IRGC Says by Spreadlove8888(m): 12:06am On Mar 27
Guy man how do you expect a child of 12 to defend his country from invades?

They are not mentally matured.
18yrs should be better.

Even if it is paramilitary roles, these children can never fit to it.

They supposed to be in school and not in the open field or on the streets.

That is child abuse.
There is nothing moral about it even if it involves the survival of the nation.
They should also allow children of 10yrs to join too.

[1quote author=brain54 post=138900331]

What is there to defend...?

People or countries do what it takes to survive. Even if it involves 12 year olds willing to join the army to defend and protect their country.

Iran isn't the first country to do it and won't be the last.

Countries like the US have constricted people against their will to join the army because they were short on military personnel. Old and overaged people have been constricted to join the forces even in more recent wars like in Ukraine.

Nothing new here. It is what it is.

Do what you can for self preservation. What is there to defend when it is what it is? undecided
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran Launches New Wave Of Attacks On Gulf States After UN Condemnation by Spreadlove8888(m): 5:05pm On Mar 26
This conflict is not ending soon, by the way things are going, it may evolve to something else.

Oil may climb back to 200 dolls in two weeks if this turns to regional conflicts with the gulf nations getting involved.

My condolences goes to the poor and helpless masses that will bear the full implications of this conflict.

Say no to war.
TravelRe: Life In Abuja by Spreadlove8888(m): 4:26pm On Mar 26
Say no more sir,

That's it all.

tasalanoni:
It has nothing to do with being the nation's capital. It's more of a question of the priority of a people. In industrialized countries, capital cities nearly always double as manufacturing hubs and active economic centres. It's a different case in Nigeria where looting and misrule are key priorities, hence the capital city also becomes the epicenter of institutionalized criminality.
Everything about Abuja reflects this reality and that's why luxury sells well without the productivity driving it.. just loot, loot and continue looting.

My mama beat me Wetin no good because of kite🥰

The feeling of seeing your kite flying 100m above the ground is so satisfying as a kid then beautiful memories that can never be forgetting.

CJStarz:
Hahaha.
I dey steal my mama sewing thread to do kite dat time despite d knocks wey she dey gimmie for head each time she catch me. One day my kite got hooked on a high tension on our street. Me, leave d kite? Nooo
Na so I grab d pole and start to dey climb. I was almost close to the top when our beighbour, Mama Ben, sighted me from her veranda and screaaameed at me
To cut it shortmy father gave me a serious flogging of my life that for a long time, I kept away from anything kite.
TravelRe: Life In Abuja by Spreadlove8888(m): 4:00pm On Mar 26
Same as my own thoughts too

Only infrastructures
Roads
Crossovers
Bridges
Street lights
Real estate and other stuffs

But no active manufacturing industry like we have in the south.

Or it is because it's the national capital?

quote author=tasalanoni post=138897389]Abuja is one hell of an overrated place. It doesn't have its own economy beyond politics and looting. People who haven't traveled to civilized countries would equate it to a paradise.. Everything there requires one stupid Aboki connection or the other.
If I were to be given the option of living in the best parts of Abuja or similar living standards places in Lagos, I'd choose Lagos anyday anytime.
Real dumb ass city. Fake life, weak economy outside of politics, zero mental stimulation and ingenuity beyond real estate, scrambling for connection, lazy folks heavily dependent on stolen public funds, no active industries. Just infrastructure that preserves the ruling class.
PoliticsRe: Hundreds Of Boko Haram, ISWAP Terrorists Hold Eid Prayer In Lake Chad by Spreadlove8888(m): 8:35pm On Mar 21
From the way things are going there. From my own perspective, I think that the deployment of the ground troops from the US will only contain these bandits but they cannot completely wiped them out.

Because these guy are just errand buys for the strong political lords.

I believe that the US has a real time monitoring satellite that monitors these guys and all their enemies.

My worst shame is that these bandits will invade a military base and flush out our gallant soldiers from their base and loot their ammunitions. It's so appealing, and it's not the fault of our soldiers, but it's from the Nigerian government not reinforcing them with appropriate arms that they can use to defend themselves.

Kudos to gallant soldiers risking their lives against these bloodthirsty demons for the sake of our motherland

Our petrol price been the lowest globally doesn't matters a lot, what really matters is the reflection of the fuel price hikes on the citizens positively or negatively.

papiSNEH:
One of the main reason women do BBL is not only for men but to oppress their fellow women. they indirectly compete and jealous each other... a woman will see another woman wearing wig the next thing she will do her possible best to get that same or higher wigs to feel among but when you ask why the wig, she will tell you it's for her to look good for her man... watin consign man with wig? men only notices your eyes, mouth and brain under the wig.
Seconded.
They do it to oppressé their fellow women too.

Mostly women likes to show off and they compares too much.
Foreign AffairsRe: How The United States Created The Monster (Iran) She Can No Longer Tame. by Spreadlove8888(m): 8:58pm On Mar 12
These things doesn't matters to these guys .
They are after their own benefits and their countries gains, any shootout from their confrontation are your own collateral damage to take care of.

That's why it doesn't bothers me much about who wins and who loose, because we are all spectators watching the game.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Army Begging South Eastern Youths To Enlist.. by Spreadlove8888(m): 8:49pm On Mar 12
Seconded, being a soldier is a call that comes from within and you can never find that peace unless you join.

Soldiers are born from the womb
That are not attracted with with benefits only but only the heroic feeling of servin and protecting your fatherland is enough and satisfying.

festacman:
Look, being a soldier is a call. A true soldier is born and not made. They are born to die in wars so you may live peace. They boldly face death.

Nobody is begging anybody. There is recruitment quota for every state to fill in order to have a true national army. And SE youths who are innately soldiers will join though not in droves. They will be restless until they join.

Yes, at the moment being a soldier may looks like suicide mission but recruitment must go on because no matter how loud you sound, soldiers helped restore security and peace to Southeast Nigeria.

This is not real
It doesn't seen true and clear.

No Oga will see 72m from his apprentice account and ask him to give him 30% of the money.
The man is not stupid unless his hand are not clean and his boy knows what his master does and also do it better than his master.

The first thing he will do is to arrest him ASAP.
And cease everything in his custody.

Know that every money that an apprentice made under his master, both legally and otherwise belongs to his master.

Unless he is learning trade.

What do you think is what that kills them?

That community is rich in mineral resources, and those minerals emits gaseous vapours too.

In a well that is deep and has scarcity of oxygen,.

These issues would have been prevented if they wear oxygen mask before entering the well.

My dialect is the tongue that we speaks in our town.
In nsukka dialect, it is called Umimi.

But generally in igbo language, we call it Nnmimi.

quote author=Chiedu4Trump post=138406667]
Dialets are differences in same base Language

Like in Igboland Anambra calls something IFE.
Abia calls it IHE.
Same language but different dialects.

You mean Ur own language, so maybe call it Native language NOT dialect.

Massive difference.
