Please how true for those who have faced denials less than 6 months and were able to book another earlier appointment or through EA before their program start date. Although, I was able to get another date in January after denial on Dec 16th, but it's past the program start date and when I try to apply for EA, it prompts EA is not available, please wait. Could it be why?

In response- I have seen on the EA requirements on CGI that EA is only for who has not been refused in last 6 months.

My Question- is checking reschedule appointment a way out to get earlier date before Jan 23rd?

if you were denied less than six months ago, you cant do get an emergency appointment.

Good day everyone, pls oh for someone that was denied trying to reapply, on cgi when pick refused in last 6 months, no appointment dates available appears on next page every time. Is it adviceable to choose not refused in last 12 months to get appointment dates?

I was denied on Friday by a white female VO second to last VO who kept on denying every one, if you interviewed in Lagos on Friday 16th, you'd know her, my question is my cgi profile is showing my passport is still with the consulate but I was denied, what can I do because I cannot reapply due to that showing on my profile. Who else is experiencing this? Thanks
