Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The student or Youth Corp Member will be exposed to all parts of the business and will have the opportunity to work on projects in different business areas, ranging from research to social media management and program development. The co-op will provide the student a chance to assist the team in delivering best in class services to all stakeholders including clients, consultants in the Spurt! pool and developmental program participants. The student will assist in market and competitor research, program development, data analytics, stakeholder mapping, understanding and creating business cases, writing proposals and creating PowerPoint decks.

Experience & Education

College juniors and seniors but will consider sophomores and Youth Corpers.

Required Skills
• Strong interest in African Development and understanding the African MSME landscape
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skills
• Excitement and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-starter
