they removed the light from town claiming 33million indebtedness so i got a 200 watts solar panel powering my house now. Electricity bill is out of my budget.

connected through car charger.

yea 100 watt is enough.The mono is latest technology.It peaks at 19.45volts while poly is old technology and peaks @ 16.4volts. and you would need a charge controller. are you in lagos?

the solar panel is performing wonderfully. but it took two days to fully charge the 100amps battery with a 70watts polycrytall. i was at alaba today to get a monocrystal panel 100 watts. 50 watts is now 11k. but i was lucky to get 100watt mono for 14k.dat price is not possible again. i bought some led light that i will connect directly with a step down to the 100amps battery.pics shortly

the ups trips off after 20 min .I checked the battery it reads 12.3 volts what could be the issue here?

the calculation is 40amps * 2.5. But you are not expected to run your battery aground.

Your laptop consumes about 3.3 amps i.e 20% of 40amps=8amps
40-8=32amps now 32 amps/3.3 of your lappy =9.6amphours you get.

just discovered the power park of the desktop can give out 8 amps at 12volts with two connected in series they give out 24volts at 8amps. Techies your opinion.

The monocrystaline solar panel standard charging voltage is 19.4 volts while polychristaline standards at 16.3 volts. The cycle use voltage of my deep cycle battery is 15-14volts.

Just discovered that my laptop charger gives out 3.1 amps at 19volts so my two chargers connected in parallel gives out 6.2 amps enough to charge my deep cycle battery through nepa.I will connect through the charge regulator. Techies your opinion.

20amps, pwm. Its a chinese product. Office assignment is not giving me enough time but i will try and complete the set up tmao.Am using the battery with my lappy now.

Sorry for replying late. The battery is a used mercury model but the battery just stand kakara.My pastor helped me to get it. I got the solar panels from Alaba market and the solar charge controller is pwm. The solar panels are in 30watt mono and 70 watts poly all giving out more than 6amps for 10 hours. I will finish the assemblage tmao.

solar panels 100 watts 13k,
charge controller 4k,
100ah battery (mercury servicable) 15k,
ups 2k. I rejected the one with double battery.
NEPA HAS REMOVED ALL THE LIGHT IN OUR TOWN THEY SAID WE ARE OWNING #33MILLION. So thats the latest i will assemble it today and feed you back.
