Yah I noticed most peeps here are for SE zone..guess they want to conclude with the interview as well for SE cos we the successful ones for North still haven't heard from them regarding driving n medicals. The process is too breath taking honestly. Wonder why it takes weeks to hear from them after every stage. Well all the best to all of us. Cheers

group discussion is before individual presentations, individual presentations involves providing solution to the problem of the case study given to you. You will be given a case study from which the group discussion will be based on as well as individual presentations. So it all depends on how you are able to interpret your points and views on the issues of the given product in the case study. Wish you all the best.
So nobody here was part of my own set? That's quite amazing, so they are still on another process of recruitment? And what stage are you guys now?

Applied TMR North.. Had my interview in April ending. The assessment center does not really have a trend on how you will do it honestly. Just be prepared, relaxed, make ur points valid, stick to instructions, don't interrupt anybody, be confident and defend your points as well. Also try and participate very well in the.discussions. Then nail it with your individual presentations. It's not an.easy one at the AC but wish you all the best.

Bluebarz.. When did your friend apply and is it in lag? I know smbdy who also got a mail yesterday that he will be contacted for driving and medical tests.

Hi house, I'm quite new here..I was actually opportuned to be part of the BAT recruitment process. Made it to tdriving and medical stage though they have not told.us when it is holding. Heard the put candidates on pending until there is a vacancy? Who has any info how long.it cud sometimes take for them to call u up.for a.vacancy? The process is so breath taking. And what's the medical and driving test focused to achieve?
