My fiancee I-730 was deny at her interview in 2011 for submitting false adoption document. In 2013 my fiancee use an altered birth certificate and our I-129f case was return back to USCIS by the consulate before my fiancee have her interview. We do have a bona fide relationship, I have visited her three times and stay with her over 8 months in the past two years. Is there any chance my fiancee eligible for a waiver? Thank You
