PhD research proposal 2024 PTDF Nigeria Scholarship Requirements To be eligible for the undergraduate and postgraduate PTDF scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements: Undergraduate applicants Applicants must be full-time students attending any of Nigeria’s Federal Universities. Applicants must be currently enrolled at the 200 level of study. The course of study should be relevant to the oil and gas business. Have 5 credits from WAEC/SSCE/NECO, including English Language and Mathematics. All undergraduate applicants must have a valid admission letter to the university. Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 on a scale of 5, or 3.0 on a scale of 4, which is equivalent to 2.2 in the first year.
