The Federal Gov. has an on going scheme handled by the dept of Resettlement and Compensation a department under Federal Capital Development Authority (F.C.D.A). This has to do with the sale of plots originally alloted to the gwaris. This gwaris in turn sell this plots of theirs under the authorities above. The yare indeed very affordable.

The Fed. Gov has an ongoing resettlement  scheme in Apo, Abuja. This area which was originally allocated to the Gwaris has some level of civilization not comfortable for them, so they sell this to interested persons under the supervision the department of resettlement and compensation which is a fragment of the  F.C.D.A (Fed. Capital Development Authority).
There are plot sizes from 400 square-meters. Prices are from 3 million and above depending on size.
