First of all, are you breastfeeding or in your period?
Because during breastfeeding some women experience mastitis and abscess, they are severe pain most women feel during breastfeeding.
If it happens cyclic when you are in your period it happens normaly for some women to feel severe pain during menstruation, because of some homornes changes and fluctuation.
Don't be afraid of cancer, cancer lumps are mostly painless and shapeless, it only result to pain when the tumour had grown and your breast start turning red at the point of the tumour and if that's not the case, it can be a result of an injury that form a lump in your breast or an inflammation in your breast. And an inflammation is the process when your cells fight a disease or virus and forms a lump under your skin, that process also cause severe pain.
In a nutshell go to a better hospital for checkup.

She should forget government hospital. My sister's friend went to Maitama District hospital to see a gynae for heavy menstrual flow, she went two days ago and was given an appointment to see a gynae on the 23 of February 2023. She was told the gyane is booked till then.

Go to a good private hospital, the gynaes there are the same ones you'll meet in government hospitals. They will conduct tests on you including a mammogram if necessary.

You know how privates are. You can only get lucky with them and they charge exorbitantly.

No, I'm not. Though I noticed a change in the cycle but, I'm not close to it.

Yes, I "think" I feel lumps. But, I don't really know what or how this lump thing works.

There are no physical changes.
Just internal and sometimes, I feel some form of lump but, it goes away when I massage the breasts.

There is nothing you can do base on these reasons below:

1. You new sim card is a recycled SIM card. It was dormant and telecom company recycled it.

2. Someone saved the previous own name with the number, which automatically make the name to appear on app like Truecaller.

You need to let your contact know you are not xyz.

Reeks of unprofessionalism to me.

Due to the ban placed on sims not linked to a valid NIN, I decided to go register another sim.
Unsatisfactorily when people try to reach my new line, they keep complaining about the weird name.

Now, clients think twice before contacting me cause they feel I might not be genuine.
