like many had said to me, yet we still have a lot of people who never see anything good being a land speculator. many who had the opportunity of buying a plot in lekki when it was still very cheap, did not do so. however, they now regret their ignorance. many also have refused to learn even from these mistakes. i have met with several people who have told me of how they bought a plot of land for 1, 2 to 5 million naira and sold for more than 15 million after some few years. this of course happened to me recently when i bought a plot of land at Ibeju lekki in september 2011 and that same piece of land is now what 3 million naira. you have no excuse not to have at least a plot of land in lagos. even if you do not need it for yourself, your children inheritance counts. i have been telling my clients for a while now of the importance of buying into Ogombo land. i dont know if it is because i reside in this area that has given me a broad view of this place or my visionary gift from God. this place is gradually becoming a hot cake for Nigerians both home and abroad. i remember when we sold a plot of land for less than 300k some few years ago. now you cant get a good plot for 2 million naira. i can see clear into the future that a land here will be sold for 20 million naira in few years to come. note that ogombo falls within the lekki scheme 2 axis and a land in lekki schme2 is in the range of 15 to 20 million naira. of course, Ogombo is just a stone throw from lekki scheme 2. now, would you rather waait till a land in ogombo is sold for 20 million before buying? or you would rather buy now? these are rhetorical questions.
