There is usually a flat 1500Naira for international ATM withdrawals and 3AUD charged by the OZ bank whose ATM machine I used. From my experience living elsewhere, I think there are slight differences in the exchange rate across banks. For instance, GTB has been rumored to have slightly higher rates.

gtb charges 420 naira if yiu use there card here in oz then most atm charges 3$ but anz charge $2,

malkinburg: my brothers and sisters in the house who are already in oz abeg make una help a brother make up im mind. av gotten an offer for petroleum eng in universide of adelaide masters and environmental engineering in griffith university nathan campus brisbane. my question is if you where me what which will you choose and why. trust me i am honestly confused as it may seem like i should just do petroleum but what i am really concerned about is employability after school and not the wages. pls house help out. my start date is feb 2015.

@surveyor1 thanks for the response. I will be going for my medicals on Wednesday or tomorrow. I just hope my COE will be ready by Thursday, and I didnt write test of english cause my school didn't request for it, and my admission was unconditional. I just hope embassy wont ask for it.

Thanks for the resonse and congrats. Reson why I ask is because my program will be starting on the 8 of august and I dont want a situation where I will apply and they will be asking for bank statement which will take another time, I have bank statement with me already and all necessary documents are ready. Pls I hope is not too late to apply? And the reson why I said pr in canberra is because thats where I will be doing my program and I will like to file for PR and the end of my 2nd year.
