Proper dieting is key..

I stopped eating swallow when i noticed it make me heavy..... i only lick the soup...

I stopped eating bread, noddles, pastas...and all processed food.

Skipping breakfast, lick soup for lunch and eat something light for dinner.

I have to adjust to my body system now...
