Please if anyone here knows someone who is willing to serve as a guarantor for a Belgium student visa for a fee kindly email me. I urgently need one otherwise I cannot make it to school this year

Please if my guarantor is outside the country, how do I get the signed annex 32? Do I need to send the actual copy(should he send my regular mail) or he can email the form to me for me to print it out? Because I need it urgently
