Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin B. Oluwole, a director at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research (FIIRO) was due for compulsory retirement in 2023 yet in 2025, she's STILL sitting tight, collecting full salaries, allowances, and privileges as if nothing happened.

She is illegally occupying a federal position beyond her allowed tenure, in direct violation of the 8-year limit for directors under the Public Service Rules (PSR 020909).

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL.👇🏽

While unlawfully enriching herself on taxpayers' sweat:

She refuses to sign promotions for legitimate staff

She locks official requests in her cabinet

She blocks the progress of others, delays approvals, and years of fear, humiliation, and victimization on subordinates

🇳🇬 We are calling on the Federal Civil Service Commission and the Nigerian Government:

👉🏽 REMOVE THIS WOMAN FROM THE SYSTEM
👉🏽 SANCTION EVERY KOBO SHE'S ILLEGALLY COLLECTED
👉🏽 END THIS MOCKERY OF SERVICE RULES
👉🏽 PROTECT FEDERAL STAFF FROM TYRANNY IN LEADERSHIP

This isn’t just misconduct.
This is institutional fraud.
This is civil service rot.
This is why people lose faith in governance.

📢 We will not be silent.
📢 Dr. Oluwole must GO.
📢 Justice must be served.
