I believe I am making this post in the right section, if not pardon me.

I want to source for information from experienced folks and professionals in building and construction fields; building and structural engineers, architects and others in this field.

With a plot of land available in a developing sub urban area, how much can one budget to build a storey building of four flats (2 flats of 3 bedroom up and down at back side and 2 flats of 2 bedroom up and down at the front side).

With the present state of things in the country, how much can one budget to achieve this with moderate finishing.
