Teachers who possess old physical TRCN certificates are required to update and validate their records on the official TRCN portal in order to obtain their digital (e-) certificate. This update ensures that their registration remains current and valid for official services, verification, and access to new opportunities such as Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

To do this, teachers must register or log in to the TRCN portal, update their profile with their existing certificate or license details, and carefully follow the provided instructions to successfully transition to the new digital system.
