Pls engineers my fone was showing power management services has stopped and I backed up my pictures using sd card. After flashing I put in their sd card and some data did not save, is it possible to get my pictures back? Pls way do I do?

I had issues with my android photo android their photo wasnt responding. So had to back my data up with a sdcard. After formatted I placed in their sd card and couldnt find anyone useful data.
