For now I deal with properties just in London.
My business is still young and with time I plan to
spread to other parts of the UK by having very reliable agents.

Peoples reply on here is driving me nut,
Tot i should break it all down for them cus am so so shocked,

U all seem to get this all wrong,
If you need a property to rent or a shared room I can get you one from £300 per month
to any amount depending on area and other factors.
But a holiday property is a different thing entirely more especially in central london.

Get the facts right and dont complain ok,
Aint saying you gota stay in one.

People with the cash do it and some people beg for it,
If you cant afford it, find the people with the cash, tell them about this and make yourself
some extra cash for each client you bring.

The business is booming right now.

I went to make enquiry on a property in south kensington 2day and do you know wat they
said, its £2000 per week and the minimum stay is 90 days which is 3 months. Before you
check in you have to pay the full 3 months and one month deposit. Please calculate that,
£2000 per week, and people are staying there and even more people booking it,

I just cant laugh cus you guys are really funny,
First of all the properties I deal with are in central London not cardiff,
Secondly I did not put this advert for people who aint got the money cus
people jump for a property like this in central london for this price.
A lady from PH came on holiday and stays in one of my apartments and she
paid £800/week for 2 months, calculate that.

You can stay in a bed abd breakfast or cheap hotel if its what you want, no
one can stop you, but if you roll with pple that got the cash, then you know
that pple pay up to £15,000 a week for properties in london.

My fellow friends, if you dont know say you dont know and dont speak what
you dont know.
The person that said he will rather shop in harrolds, you will come out with
just one small bag.

could make some good money,

Am not being disrespectful kkk, but you need to really go to google and search "holiday properties in london"
then you get to know what its like to get a holiday home in london.

You get everything including bills, fully furnished with everything a house needs except food and drinks,
You even get towels, bedsheets and duvets, kitchen utensils and everything,
Dats why its a holiday/short stay let,
All you need is your travelling bag,

Please let me correct you guys on some points:
Holiday lets/short stay lets are really different from renting a property you wana live in for
a long term ok,
If you want like a student house or a shared house or even a normal long term renal then
I can get you for good prices.
But note, CENTRAL LONDON AINT A PLACE TO MESS ABOUT WITH THEIR PRICES
