Kemi Badenoch said Nigerian police stole from her brother in Nigeria. Without providing any evidence !!!!

Various times UK police were caught stealing from citizens, stores and even people they were meant to protect and serve.

Well, according to your screenshots, all the officers were jailed. Here, stealing is not a big deal in NPF. Police officers here gets punished unless an officer kills someone (with strong evidence o). If you don't have video evidence to back it up sef, the Police here will deny it and defend their men. 90% of Police officers here are criminal...

So far you are a digital nomad. You may consider Monrovia, Liberia. It's safe. You don't need a visa to enter. I believe it has opportunity for you to easily get Visas to other countries.
Thanks, Boss. Will check it out

Immigration restrictions are increasing daily...!

I think the world is fed up with the influx of Africans, Asians and Middle Easterners.

For a freelancer earning in foreign currencies, staying in Nigeria makes far more sense...!

This is due to the exchange rate... All you need to do is take your time to find a safe and secure region and location with good services.

Trust me... Working remotely for foreign organizations while living in Naija is the biggest flex ever!

Bulaba and Tpain economy will just keep bouncing off your foreign income. cool
You're very correct with everything you said but you see this country ehn, we're very corrupt and wicked. Few weeks ago, I was going to ABK from Ibadan and police stopped me. They searched my car as if they were suspecting something (I don't have problems searching my car) but after searching and nothing was found, I expected to let me go but no. They started twisting and calling me names and tagging me a Yahoo "plus" boy. In fact, this people delayed me for hours because I said I won't give them 1kobo. They threatened me but I stood my ground. I told them they are free to arrest and take me to EFCC that I had nothing to hide. This is the kind of country we live in. Like I said, I don't even mind Benin Republic for now.

This Malta, I'm still researching about the visa. I just don't have the time to run around for visa right now so I want a place I can easily get Visa without much stress. Right now, I may settle for either Rwanda or Vietnam. When I spend like 6 months there, I will come back to apply for better country.

I'm with you on this. Looking for a cool country to relocate to. I'm not looking for employment

Poland and Malta would have been good choices through student route. However the process is not easy

I'm looking at Italy, Spain, Portugal and Asian countries like China, Taiwan. Maybe we should look into these.
Exactly my headache...

Sorry, but I don't see why you should be bothered about the economy of a country if you are targeting digital nomad visas. It does not follow as those visas are meant for persons who have jobs outside the economy of the host nation. As for security, Barbados and the Bahamas are pretty okay by international standards. Oh yes! You would have to return to Nigeria if you decide to go through DN visas as they don't lead to permanent residency or naturalisation. Lastly, 15 million naira is too inadequate to relocate these days except via a standard work visa which the employing organisation should organise or assist you with. For instance, the Barbados DN visa program requires the applicant to earn at least $50K per annum as a digital nomad. We would have some people talk about how they spent less to relocate, but to which country and on what visa? Those are the questions you should ask anyone who believes 15 million is adequate to relocate these days.

My advice? If where you are in Nigeria is becoming unbearable for you, move to another state in another region. That is the saving grace Nigeria has compared to many other African countries. Your 15 million would go a long way in Taraba as opposed to Lagos, but you are still in Nigeria.
This is great... thanks man. I saw the 50k per annum stuff too. This is just so perfect but I really want to change environment for a while not that I'm not okay with the state I am presently. As in, just for few months or up to a year and then come back and that's why I even said I won't mind any good African country. Like you rightly said, economy of the country shouldn't be my headache but a country with good security is just fine. Thanks for your time, Bro. I appreciate

@ednut1, @Evidenx, Please, kindly help me with this question. I've searched for countries offering Digital Nomad Visa and I have been checking the countries one by one.

Now, I saw Georgia and Barbados which seems so easy for me to enter due to their E-visa opportunities.

Please, any advice regarding the 2 countries? Are they good - (security, economy etc).

Pls help me!! Thanks so much!!

I "may" come back after some months. I sha want to leave this country for some months to rest well and have some peace of mind.

Thanks again

If not for language barrier
Italy is a good country, Nigerians easily get documents there compared to any other country.

Poland,
New Zealand,
Sweden

If you have your way around language
Italy and Germany is great.

In Africa
South Africa (cape town is sweet)
Botswana
Namibia
Kenya
Tanzania

Thanks so much. I don't like South Africa so that place is not even in my plan. Other African countries you listed will be checked out.

Though if not for visa palava, I would have preferred Germany, New Zealand and even Poland. But I'm currently searching the "Nomad visa countries" ednut suggested.

Thanks again

This is a very wrong time to relocate. Most countries are becoming very anti immigration now.
Hmmm... Let me wait for some more suggestions. But pls, suggest some good countries too so I can pick and start processing immediately pls. I don't necessarily need to wait till next year before I start processing. If I even get Visa this year, I will just wait till February next year so I can finish my project before leaving.

Thanks man!!

TravelRe: Why Traveling To Vietnam Might Be Better Than UK Or Canada by StarGeneral: 4:22am On Nov 08, 2024
NaijaVietnamese:
Vietnam has a cheap cost of living, even lower than Nigeria currently. A cheap but decent hotel can start from 200,000 VND (around 13,000 naira) in Ho Chi Minh City including internet.

Nigerian food (rice or swallow costs 80,000/100,000 VND (5,000/6000 naira). However, fastfood rice with chicken costs much less and if you want to eat their local roadside food, it costs even least of all.

Transportation is very cheap once you download Grab app & book motorbikes to wherever you want to go.

So, you can use the analysis above to make your estimate because lifestyle differs. However, a million naira should cover your basic expenses for a month (hotel, food & transportstion). If you need a Nigerian guide who will take you round, you can reach out to me.

The biggest challenge you will face in Vietnam is language barrier because most don’t speak English.
1million naira for a month? Vietnam is truly cheap... Thanks so much, brother. Vietnam, here I come!

Only if you have the funds.

The most affordable route is master degree program which last just one year or 2 years with cheaper fees compared to 4 years program.

University will charge u 10k pounds and above for just a year program be it master or Bsc.

Then if its bsc then multiply it times 4.
Amd most universities school fees are from anywhere 12k to 15k average.

Your age is not issue rather funds at disposal.

When i came .... dependent was allowed and was able to work full time. So if u have dependant is a plus
Thanks so much. All I want to know is the assurance that age won't lead to visa rejection. I plan to go to an academy for a year program. I've emailed the academy and they also confirmed that I will be admitted (a film school) but I'm afraid the embassy might reject my Visa because of my age.

Thanks again, Brother.

PoliticsRe: BREAKING: Isaac Bristol (PIDOM) Granted Bail by StarGeneral: 12:08pm On Sep 27, 2024
I like Pidom and I pray he gets free soon. The only activist I know is this country right now is Sowore. "Some" others are just content creators (trying to make name/money/fame in the name of activism).

I remember when Obidients dragged Sowore on the page of Pidom for weeks all because he posted what transpired between PO and Tinubu when they all met before the election.

Abuse him today but if you fall victim of Nigeria's system tomorrow, he will still stand and be there for you always.
