This is known as AFFIRMATION.


Do this AFFIRMATION preferable when you wake up in the morning
and before you go to bed at night.


I did an experiment last diet by placing some CITN students in a group, before then,
These students have been having challenges passing their CITN exams for years.
So while they study hard to pass CITN exam, they also do their Affirmation every morning and at night.

When the result was released, they all passed. One of them asked me
that “Sir which Juju you use” …… I replied that
“Na power of Positive Affirmation oooo , no be juju”

13 Days To ATS September Diet Exams…Why It’s Important to Practice with Past Questions While Studying.

ICAN exams date is getting closer, I strongly believe you are trying everything possible to get prepared for the exams.
You have put all the modalities in place for successful preparations.
But…
Have you considered practicing with past questions while studying?
Past exam papers are an essential part of preparing for any exams. They provide a useful resource for preparing for your exams in that, you are able to familiarize yourself with the style, theme, depth and techniques used in the particular exams that you are writing.

It’s well understood in psychology that you are more likely to retain something if you learn it with practice.
Practicing past questions will improve your retention rate and will help you to better understand what you have studied.

Some of the essential benefits of practicing with past exams questions include;

• You will have experience with the pattern of the exam questions, which will make you more familiar with the exam.

• It will give you a good idea of what the examiners are expecting.
Hence, in the exam, you will save a lot of time thinking about how to articulate what you want to say.

• Improvement of time management. Past exam papers are actual exams that were used to test other students. With such a resource, you will be able to understand how it feels to sit for the actual exam.

You can use the past questions to practice and see how much time you would spend to complete an exam paper - as if it were your actual exam. It teaches you how to effectively allocate time for each exam question.
Answer the past questions within the time allocated, and if you are unable to complete it within the time specified, put more effort – especially in the subject areas that you are weak in.

• It will provide you with greater knowledge of the frequently set questions. This gives your revision a lot more direction.

• It helps to indicate small gaps in your knowledge of certain topics. Once again, this can give your final revision some direction.

To upload their WAEC or NECO O’level result, your child should follow these simple steps:

-Visit a JAMB-accredited CBT centre near them.
-Inform the CBT officer that they want to upload their O’level result.
-Provide a printout of their WAEC or NECO result.
-Verify their details on the computer screen to ensure they are correct.
-Check their JAMB CAPS to view their O’level result.


Your child doesn't need to take their original WAEC or NECO result to the CBT center; the paper printout slip will suffice.

In the heart of every student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria lies a dream - a dream of triumph, a dream of success. Yet, too often, the harsh reality that we must confront is that many students embark on their ICAN exam preparation journey late. But, let's pause for a moment and explore the untold truth.

From June to November is 6 months and from December to May is also 6 months, It means for every diet, you have 6 months to prepare…… It implies that there’s always enough time to prepare for ICAN exam.

You might say, “but I am working” , yes, we are not disputing that, the fact is that, there’s always enough time to prepare whether we are working or not.


We use to have a student who was very busy with work, his life is a full of responsibilities, from his demanding job to family obligations and church activities.
He finds the hidden pockets of time within his busy days, finding time to study during lunch breaks, commuting hours, and even those precious moments before bedtime and sometimes, immediately after work.

Every minute counts, and his steadfast discipline transforms these moments into valuable study sessions. His progress is proof that where there is discipline, time becomes a loyal friend, not an enemy.

During week days, he studied 1 hour before work and 2 hours after work.
Though he works from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, he still studied for 6 hours after work on Satudays.
He studied for 10 hours on Sundays. He mentioned that he did online service on Sundays for 3 months just to have enough time to study.


It becomes clear that the issue isn't a scarcity of time, but rather the need for discipline. Discipline is what transforms available hours into productive, focused study time. So, remember: It's discipline, not time, that makes the difference on your path to ICAN exam success.
