I don't think this is true. My cousin is an outsourced staff with them for over 7years with one of their FMCG customers. She enjoys HMO, Pension benefits, and training benefits. I am still believing God to work there self.

Seconded staff in FMCGs are treated better. Ask a seconded staff In the bank how he or she is been treated. Ask core staff how they are been treated. Pray to get a better place not that company. . Do your research! Toxic companies will hype themselves on their website..

Thank God it happened...Covid or no Covid, ICS would have still done what they did. They are known for sacking and victimisation of staff. It's a toxic place to work believe me. It's an Hr firm but hardly practice HR doctrines.

The M.D and HR are something else..
