hello nairalanders, please help a bro 2018 is around the corner and in few hours. i really want to start something I mean personal. I want to own a kind of referral site as in some ponzi site. *where user can only register with referral code * user can manage his or her profile * user can monitor his or her referral history and points * user can request to redeem his or her point when due * user can also see people they referred.
I'll welcome any idea and the program to use I'm good on XAMPP offline server
